The X Geosymposium of Young Researchers “Silesia 2017” is an international conference devoted to young scientists, PhD Students and young doctors interested in Earth Sciences. The conference is of an interdisciplinary character, thanks to which it provides an excellent platform for the presentation of research results in the field of geology, geophysics, geography and environmental protection

Driving directions to Guido Mine
An one-day excursion will take place on Friday 22 September. A bus takes us to the Silesian Museum in Katowice. The excursion is included in the participant fee.
The conference fee includes accommodation in a Guido Hostel.
It is a modern accommodation located in complex with the Guido Coal Mine.
